More Ron-Rand baloney from the KY media.
Since Robert lives in Ft. Worth, his house will be packed with visitors for the TX Republican convention But note that the GOP creeps who had blocked him from speaking as long as he was a full-bore candidate, now place him in a break-out session rather than letting him address the entire convention. They gave him a boring topic, too: "Uniting Republicans and Balancing the Federal Budget." Of course, Ron will draw the biggest, most enthusiastic audience of the convention, and will give the only talk of substance. Oh, and who us the most officially honored speaker at the convention? Santorum. *Thanks to Ralph Raico)
Boehner agrees with Schumer: immigration for economic improvement is evil--if you seek to escape the embrace of Uncle Zombie, that is. (Thanks to Norm Singleton)

Writes Sam Hjort:
Dr. Paul’s slate took 12 of 13 delegate seats today. The sole loss was an RP slate candidate who withdrew his nomination to allow Rep. Michelle Bachman to be seated. This was the sole contested seat in the second ballot. State Rep. Kurt Bills, whom Dr. Paul endorsed, won the Republican endorsement for Senate in the second ballot.
We are sending 32 of 37 (elected) delegates to Tampa for Dr. Paul.
Politico yucks it up over the notion that the power elite might like Marco Rubio.
By the Democrats, either.
At the Minnesota convention.
Peter Thiel is, of course, sticking by Rom P{aul.
The latest "report" on the RP campaign.
They should be: it's Rick Santorum, and his speech will not be public. (Thanks to Brad Funkhouser)
The Oklahoma GOP continues it, as one might expect. There's a reason that normal people think of politics is dirty. It is dirty.
Breitbart.com discovers a 1991 promotional brochure from Obama's literary agents in which his bio starts like this:
Barack Obama, the first African-American president of the Harvard Law Review, was born in Kenya and raised in Indonesia and Hawaii....
The site disclaims "birtherism," but does note that the Obama identity has been carefully constructed, sometimes in different ways, and needs to be explored.
UPDATE from a friend in the know:
The bio is interesting for another, even more important reason: It mentions his employment with Business International Corporation, a known CIA front organization.
I need a new headline for this post: "Obama Born in Kenya? Who knows? Obama a CIA operative like his mother? Definitely."
