No Violation of RNC Rule 11

There has been a grassroots campaign to remove RNC chairman Reince Priebus for backing Romney before he is the official nominee, in violation of RNC Rule 11. But the RP campaign had agreed to this last month, for the reasons stated in this press release, so there has been no violation of the rule.
