At CPAC, a Beltway gathering of neocons, lobbyists, fixers, and other Republican corruptionists, here were the results:

Romney 38 percent;
Santorum 31 percent;
Gingrich 15 percent;
Paul 12 percent.

The last two years, when Ron contested this straw poll, he won by attracting his own supporters to the event; this year he ignored it to campaign, so we know the natural CPAC percentage of non-neocons: 12.
