 This article on foreign policy is FANTASTIC!  It was published in1947 in an LDS church publication by J. Reuben Clark, Jr.

The Brigham Young University Law School was named after Clark.  He spent years in public service -- and then almost 30 years as an Apostle for the LDS church.  He wrote the notable "Clark Memorandum," which took interesting positions on the Monroe Doctrine and the Roosevent Corrolary.
