Gary Johnson and the Libertarian Party

An insider tells me that Gary is not considering, but has definitely told LP leaders he wants the nomination. Rothbardian Libertarians have trouble with a guy who advocates the war on "terror," the fair tax, illegalization of drugs, Middle East meddling, who increased government spending as governor, etc., but they may be a minority voice. However, I am told, the whole party would enthusiastically support Ron Paul. And note that this article mentions a Paul-Ventura ticket for the LP. (Thanks to Norm Singleton)
