Who Will Win the Iowa Caucuses?

In its story, Politico says:

Also on the right is Texas Congressman Ron Paul, who has a stocked war chest, loyal following and determination to stay in the race through the caucuses, where he’s a safe bet to exceed the 10 percent he drew here in 2008.

Exceed as in win. BTW, as a libertarian, Ron has some views that--according to the media's chart--would seem to be on the left (peace, civil liberties, drug freedom) and some that would seem to be on the right (laissez-faire capitalism, no income tax). But in fact, all stem from the great cause of freedom that he upholds.
