Only One 'Top-Tier' Candidate To Participate

According to Matea Gold of the LA Times, only one "top-tier" candidate will debate in SC: Timothy Pawlenty! It's a clear definition of what that cliche actually means: approved by the establishment, since Ron is ahead of him in the polls.
