Has Ron Paul "done a 180" on immigration? Nope. It has always been his view that if an American wants to hire a foreign national, that is their business, and the idea of erecting more divisions of the police state to prevent it is monstrous. Conservatives even want an internal passport, a nationalist ID. On the other hand, Ron is opposed to medicaid, food stamps, public schooling, etc. for immigrants, and thinks that birthright citizenship is a distortion that needs to be overturned. In other words, as usual, Ron Paul is right.
