The neocon with the Dickensian name--Charles Krauthammer--has endorsed Tim Pawlenty as the perfect candidate for president, in part because he is "as dull as mud." It's a reminder that neocons hate and fear populism as well as libertarianism, since the people must never be stirred up against the establishment and the state.
