'Is Ron Paul snubbing Gary Johnson — or rebranding the GOP?'

That's the headline on a mostly snarky Daily Caller piece today. The article actually claims that Ron is being disloyal to Johnson because he did not step aside for the Beltway fave. (Why isn't it the reverse, if we are going to talk in that silly terms?) Neocon Erick Erickson of CNN says it's irrelevant: “The RonPaul vs. GaryJohnson fan fight will be the Paulistinian version of Hamas v. Hezbollah, but with less rockets and more C++.” We're also told that Ron is "too old." When I was at Ron's river house when he was boating with his grandchildren, I should have taken a photo of him in his bathing suit. He looks like the champion swimmer he is. We should all be so old! As to rebranding, forget the Republican party. It's American intellectual life Ron Paul is fixing.
