This morning, NPR was oh-no-ing over the alleged amount illegally withheld by American from the tax police. Bush’s chief tax collector bemoaned that in the 1990s, his agency was told to be nice to taxpayers, and therefore devoted less time and money to looting. Now that the Republicans are in charge, he assured us, that is changing. And speaking of Clinton, here is one of his chief aides on the scary-funny Bush press conference.
