The tobacco companies do not need enemies. Our sainted Attorney General has taken a break from building a police state to join his comrade Tommy Thompson in implementing the health nazis agenda by authorizing the largest lawsuit against the tobacco companies in history for the horrible crime of selling an enjoyable product to consenting adults.

“Big tobacco” is not the only former Bush ally thrown to the Justice Department wolves. Bush’s pal Ken Lay is undergoing a political prosecution to prove that Bush is “tough on corporate crime.”

So what exactly is the difference between the Republicans and the Democrats?
