Will Criminal Charges Be Next for S&P Executives?

Karen’s post on a Senate Banking Committee investigation of Standard & Poor’s does not surprise me. With Michael Moore recently having called for the arrest of the S&P CEO, the Senate only is continuing the Totalitarian wave that has been building for years.

True, the ratings agencies have been in bed with both the government and the banksters for years, but I find it interesting that a bearer of bad news is regarded as the CAUSE of the current mess. Of course, if S&P really were to be telling the truth, it would have downgraded U.S. Government bonds to junk status.
