Everyone from the commander in chief on down is apologizing for those Marines urinating on dead Afghans. (Everyone except warfare statist Rep. Allen West, who says “war is hell”; see my article on West here.) Great. But why not apologize for killing them in the first place? Better yet, stop the killing in Afghanistan and everywhere else and bring the troops home.
