Look at this man:
Who is he? He is Charles Evans, president and ceo of the Chicago Fed. He reaffirmed his position on QE in a speech in Hong Kong.
Why do men and women like him have the power to create legal tender and irredeemable money made legislatively into obligations of the United States when even Congress does not have that power?
