I had long thought that Selma, Alabama Commissioner of Public Safety, Eugene “Bull” Connor, had died and gone to that great holding facility in the sky. Apparently not. After watching videos of the police brutalities at the GOP convention, it would appear that either he – or his spirit – is alive and well at the St. Paul, Minnesota, Police Department!
