I saw my first “Perry for President” bumper sticker today. My first reaction was, “I wonder how many people seeing it have ever even heard of Rick Perry?” My second was, “What Will It Matter?” Aside from Ron Paul, what will it matter which Republican gets the nomination and what will it matter if he beats Obama? If you think that Republican control of the presidency and the Congress will be an improvement, you were asleep during the Bush years or you have forgotten just how evil Bush was.
It has often been said that sooner or later, every president makes you nostalgic for his predecessor. As bad as Obama is, I am not ready to forget Bush and his gang of evil Republicans who destroyed the free market to save it and started two immoral, senseless wars.
