My home was plagued by chronically low water pressure. So I hacked my bathroom and kitchen faucets. Through the wonders of free enterprise, I found the perfect solution: the Peerless Faucet Aerator. The aerator consisted of three pieces, a steel device (with a hole approximately 3/16″ in the center) sandwiched between two plastic aerators. But the plastic parts can be pried apart and the steel insert removed. The two plastic pieces snapped back together and perfectly replaced the OEM faucet aerators. The kitchen and bathroom faucets are now, by comparison, almost painful and the water is hot with in 25 seconds. Add the Peerless Aerator to the LRC list of regulation busters!
