Lew:  And should any private school exercise the good judgment by refusing to accept such vouchers, they will likely be accused of discriminating against the poor. A writ of mandate might then be issued by a court requiring such schools to fulfill their legal obligations.  Given Wisconsin’s history of being the Central time zone’s breeding ground for rampant statism, I would expect nothing less.
