Video taken at night by a neighbor shows very clearly one policeman shooting the dog without provocation while another policeman tackles the man with the leash. He was simply out walking the dog and happened into an area the police were searching. He had not stopped when the police had shouted to him at a distance to stop. Could he even see or know that they were police? What if he had had a few drinks and was slow to respond? What if he wanted to get away from possible trouble or troublemakers?
This innocent man was arrested. “Schulte was arrested and charged with obstructing police and resisting arrest.”
