U.S. ‘Law’ Enforcement: Only Supporters of the Drug War May Apply

Bryan Gonzalez, while employed as a border patrol agent, made remarks once that questioned making marijuana illegal, and that was enough to get him fired. Not surprisingly, our employees of the U.S. Police State are supposed to believe only what their superiors want them to believe, and that means absolute fealty toward the war on drugs.

It seems that Gonzalez also expressed sympathy toward some Mexico illegals, and that was just too much for the U.S. Government, which told him that he held “personal views that were contrary to core characteristics of Border Patrol Agents, which are patriotism, dedication and esprit de corps.” Now, the letter did not tell the whole truth, as brutality and dishonesty also are expected from agents of the U.S. Border Patrol and U.S. law enforcement in general.
