That means it’s time for White House fanatics to start insisting that no progress has been made at all, that the dispute with Iran was never about weapons at all but about Iranian support for terrorism, etc. Rule #6 in the Fanatics’ Playbook is never to permit a diplomatic breakthrough to interfere with a perfectly good war.
