Any member of the major media who asked such a question would quickly find himself/herself working for the Mud Flats Bugle out in western Kansas! The reporters know that their continued employment depends upon prattling the establishment party-line. Such questions will be raised – as you have – on the Internet, which is why the god-king has decided to create an Internet czar!
