In a puff piece on how the TSA has supposedly eased its draconian stranglehold on passengers (“Kids can now leave their shoes on! So can grandparents!”), “frequent-flier [Dan] Nainan” offers this advice: “Here is what I consider to be the most important tip one can take to heart … No matter what happens, always, always be extremely, extremely nice to the TSA agents.”
Who says the TSA isn’t a flaming success?
