Their Plates Ain’t My Plate

Spot the differences between the government’s “MyPlate” (2nd one down) and the Harvard version of MyPlate (on top). A little, but not a lot. Harvard: eat cheap sugar and carbs, but make sure it is “whole grain.” Oh, and limit that red meat (echoing the government buzzwords). The plate on the bottom is the non-conventional, non-subsidized MyPlate.
