The worst virus of all, which is highly contagious and which disables the mental processes of its victims, is worship of NATION. This equates to worship of HOMELAND. It results in worship of BORDERS and worship of the deified nation’s MILITARY.
Another form of worship of NATION is worship of UNION. This has even been thought to be PERPETUAL as in the Articles of Confederation and as emphasized by Lincoln.
