The TSA Determines What’s ‘Indecent’ Exposure

For some inexplicable reason, what the protester did in the video below is considered inappropriate. (Yet the TSA had no problem when the man in the accompanying photo dropped his pants to aid the TSA in its “vigilance.”)

Of course, it was not what the body of the protester in the video wasn’t wearing that was inappropriate to the TSA, it was what his skin was displaying that was “inappropriate.” I guess the TSA hasn’t heard of the First Amendment* to the Constitution.

*Notice I didn’t write anything about the Fourth Amendment (which the protester is displaying). Unfortunately, our courts have ruled that borders and ports of entry (which I assume include airports) are exempt from this Amendment.

UPDATE: Eli Cryderman sent me this article which reports that all charges were dropped due to the protester’s First Amendment rights.
