The Stench of Samaranch Returns

After watching the opening “ceremony,” which had nothing to do with the Olympics and everything to do with cultural rot, I am reminded of  the whore who ran the Olympics into the ground and turned it into a cash machine for the elites.

When confronted with this class of sordid swill, lovers of liberty look to investigate the causes while the befuddled masses merely groan. Want to know how the Olympics took a dive after Avery Brundage left? Follow the money — so much of which went to  Juan Antonio Samaranch, the Spanish grandee and fraudster extraordinaire.
