It’s a takeoff on Julius Caesar’s “Veni, vidi, vici,” or “I came, I saw, I conquered.”
Do I really have to comment on what this means about her, her morality, or that of the highest U.S. government officials? Do I have to comment on the relation to Caesar that she draws? Is it necessary to point out that “We” is the U.S. government and that it takes responsibility for unseating Gaddafi and killing him? The rebels didn’t arise. No, the U.S. came. In its wisdom, it saw. It then killed.
The endless lies and hypocrisy are revealed when, two days ago, Hillary changed her tune. She called for a UN investigation into the circumstances surrounding his death.
