The non-scientific, government dietary guidelines, along with corporate state-influenced food policy, undergird the acceptance and promotion of these foods while the real-food industries – cottage foods, raw milk, and sustainable, small-farm agriculture – are bullied and put out of business by heavily-funded political powers and their larger-scale, Big Agra competitors.
