‘The Glory of the Coming of the Lord’

When I was imprisoned in public elementary school in Pennsylvania I, along with my fellow prisoners, were forced to sing “The Battle Hymn of the Republic” at the beginning of nearly every school day (and to memorize and recite the Gettysburg Address). I always thought “Battle Hymn” was an oxymoron since “war” is really just a euphemism for mass murder organized by the criminal gang(s) known as the state. Some images of what is meant by “the glory of the coming of the Lord” by the author of the creepiest song every written are  here, here, here, and here. More can be seen here.
