You can read the horrendous details here about four people accused of torturing a California marijuana dispensary owner with a blowtorch and cutting off his penis in an attempt to force him to reveal where he had buried piles of cash in the desert. Now, although the DEA or local cops didn’t do this, it is a direct result of the drug war. Medical marijuana dispensaries should be viewed as any other business. In fact, medical marijuana dispensaries should just be marijuana dispensaries. Marijuana sales should be no different than car, sugar, aspirin, or apple sales. And marijuana sellers should be no different than car, sugar, aspirin, or apple sellers.
