I applaud the members of Congress who voted against the bailout bill, but we should not let this cloud our thinking about the evil gang of 534.

1. How many voted against the bill because they are opposed on principle to government intervention in the economy?

2. How many who voted against the bill will in the end vote for a similar bailout bill?

3. How many who voted against the bill have no problem with spending $700 billion fighting the senseless war in Iraq?

Anyway, thank God the bill failed.
