The Enemy of Our Enemy Should NOT Necessarily Be Our Friend

Lewrockwell.com recently published an essay by Eric Margolis on the Katyn massacre that took place in Poland during World War II. Briefly, our Soviet ally murdered approximately 12,000 Polish officers and then blamed the murders on our German enemy. In 2007, legendary Polish film director Andrzej Wajda made a terrific full-length motion picture about this tragic incident and cover-up. Though the film was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Foreign Language Film of 2007, it did not win. Can you guess the subject matter of the film that did win in that category that year?
