One more event that deserves a post of its own. The Economics of Fascism conference at the Mises Institute is coming right up on October 7-8. Featuring Hoppe, Woods, Gottfried, DiLorenzo, Shaffer and many others including Lew himself, this event is a no-brainer for LRC folks. Not only is the topic a timely and controversial one (notice FDR among the others in the conference logo) but these “Supporters Summit” events in the Fall are usually a bit more intimate than the ever growing Austrian Scholars Conference. It is a great opportunity to get a chance to chat with some LRC columnists and the other brilliant scholars speaking at the conference.
