U.S. border agents just seized 14,151 pounds of marijuana–thought to be the biggest seizure in history. The previous record was 12,000 pounds at the same port of entry in 2010.
Is there constitutional justification for this? Absolutely not. Is this peculiar to a Democratic administration? Absolutely not. A Romney, McCain, Bush I, Bush, II, Gingrich, Santorum, Reagan, or Nixon administration would have done the same thing. The drug war is evil, just like the GOP.
