The Case for Obama?

Writes Zack Weddig:

I found your website about 9 months ago and its been in the top spot in my bookmarks ever since, right next to mises.org and Ron Paul’s various sites. I’m a college student who has now had a taste of both sides of mainstream political stupidity. Thanks to you and all your contributors. I send your articles to my friends and relatives often and can proudly say I’ve opened the eyes of a few people along the way. Couldn’t have done it without great sites like this. On a different note, I was at the house of a friend and saw his new issue of Rolling Stone Magazine. One of the cover headlines really caught my eye. “The Case for Obama” by Tom Dickinson. Some of the most absurd parts of the article were where he argues that Obama single-handedly saved a million jobs by saving the auto industry or the silly echo of administration wordplay that asserts we have no more “combat brigades” in Iraq. As a persuasive piece itself, it does a terrible job, but as a study of how reluctant some people can be to face the facts, it is actually quite interesting. A real symphony of denial.  Here is a link to the article.
