No, I’m not talking about advocates of a free society like Thomas Jefferson, Thomas Paine, Patrick Henry, and their contemporary libertarian counterparts, as some of the commie dumbos in the media apparently believe. I’m referring to Faux News Channel-brainwashed neocons. I met a group of them last week who were all lawyers and businessmen and women, all educated, and not professional B.S.ers like a David Frum or a William Kristol, for example.
One thing these people had in common is that, despite not personally knowing any Muslims, they all expressed a grotesque hatred for Muslims, cheered the U.S. military’s often indiscriminate bombings in the Middle East, and happily endorsed the nuking of Iran (for starters). They tend to believe every tall tale the neocon establishment invents, especially the WMD lie that even the CIA admits is a lie. They also react violently and abusively to anyone like myself who suggests that military occupation, bombing, and killing civilians by the thousands in foreign countries makes enemies, some of whom become terrorists. Every Muslim in the world hates us and wants to murder all of us, they informed me. We need to kill them before they kill us, I was told. It’s World War IV!
One old military veteran who wears his hair like he’s still in the Marines and probably walks around in camouflage all day long, revealed to me that the Vietnam War was a great victory for America since communism didn’t spread throughout Southeast Asia after 58,000 Americans died (for nothing) over there.
It’s interesting (and sickening) to see the terrorist mindset of Red State Fascism up close.
