California’s current governor leaves much to be desired, despite the claims of some morons that he is the ideal “mainstream” libertarian. Now, this “mainstream libertarian” is calling for Congress to renew the “assault weapons” ban. Bush has already side he will sign an assault weapons ban if Congress passes one, even though he owes his presidency to the support of gun owners.

Of course, the “assault weapons” ban does nothing to reduce crime but a lot to reduce freedom. Maybe Arnie does take after his father?
