That utterly corrupt despot in the White House has signed the National Defense Authorization Act of 2012, suspending habeas corpus. But don’t worry: “The president … said that he would never authorize the indefinite military detention of American citizens, because ‘doing so would break with our most important traditions and values as a nation.’”
Wrong, you noxious bozo. Habeas corpus is far more than “a most important tradition and value.” It is the highest law of the land, enshrined in the Constitution. And you swore to uphold and defend it, remember?
