Surprise! Patriot Act Being Used to Go After Suspected Drug Dealers

At @2:00 into this video, Sen. Russ Feingold brings up the fact that the Orwellian “sneak and peek”* provision of the Patriot Act is now being used to break into the homes of suspected drug dealers with a search warrant to do searches without the knowledge of the suspect.**

*“Sneak and peek.” What a cute and cuddly phrase for what is essentially the GUNvernment breaking into one’s private residence without needing to inform them. Not dissimilar to “hide and seek,” wouldn’t you say?
