Obama was generous and gave $172,130 to charity (about 22%). Biden was stingy and gave $5,540 to charity (about 1.5%). I have donated more than $5,540 in a year when I made less than $40,000. If Biden is so concerned about helping the poor, then he should give more of his own money instead of wanting the taxpayers to give theirs.
