Speaking in New Orleans

Tomorrow, January 23, I’ll be speaking at Tulane Law School at 7:30 pm in the MPR (the large room on the right after entering via the Freret St. entrance) on “The Phony Case for Presidential War Powers.”

Thursday I’ll speak at Loyola University College of Law, Room 308, at 12:30pm, on “States’ Rights and the Constitution: A Defense of Jeffersonian Radicalism.” (I know states don’t have rights; that’s just shorthand.)
