So Ralph is running after all

I admit to a certain sympathy for Ralph Nader, if only because there ought to be at least one intelligent antiwar candidate out there.

But look at where foreign policy comes out on this list of Nader’s stances on the issues. WAY down there. His economic policy is so bad it’s like he’s parodying himself. He hasn’t the foggiest idea of how wealth is created. On poverty, he’s got the bold new idea of — much higher taxes, and more government programs. After forty years of that, you’d think a non-comatose person would have concluded that the “poverty” problem involves, um, a little more than just more government checks.

Just more confirmation of one of Rothbard’s laws: everyone concentrates in the area in which he is worst.
