That rotten public-works project, the Gateway Arch in St. Louis, is rusting away. That is a good start to what should happen to this horrific waste of OPM: sell it off as scrap. I well remember when Leonard E. Read, founder of FEE, compared it to a pyramid of the ancient Egyptian government. Both are built on the bones of tax victims.
