Ron Paul was Great at Goucher

Goucher College in Baltimore invited Ron Paul for their President’s Forum this evening (as in President of the College, not President of the US). The sophomore who introduced him did a wonderful job, Ron Paul’s speech was inspiring, and then he answered about a dozen questions from the students. Some students appeared to be Revolutionaries, others, not so much. His reasoned answers on tough topics – from war to abortion, from the economy to education – must have enlightened some of those skeptical questioners.

Afterwards, the 400+ attendees waited in line to have him sign copies of his new book. It amazes me that at 10 PM, Dr. and Mrs. Paul patiently shake everyone’s hand, speak with all who want their ear, and pose in picture after picture (plus sign over 400 books). I told him as he signed my copy that my father raised all of his children right: we’re all voting for Ron Paul (I already did, but my siblings and parents get to vote next week). It was because of the Mises Institute and LewRockwell.com that we were able to learn about liberty… now I look forward to learning from Dr. Paul himself when I read his manifesto.
