Ron Paul to Remain on Montana Ballot for President

From Ballot Access News:

The Montana Secretary of State is not inclined to remove Ron Paul’s name from the ballot as the Constitution Party nominee, since all but five counties have finalized their ballots and sent the information to the printer. The state elections office says if Ron Paul wanted his name off the ballot, he should have notified the Secretary of State by September 5.

Ballot Access News editor Richard Winger tells that he believes that Ron Paul could still have his name removed from the ballot if he filed a lawsuit or restraining order. This would take immediate action by Paul, which Winger believes is unlikely.
