Ron Paul Campaign Doubles the 5th of November: $8.6M

November 19, 2007 – In a sign that the amazing one day fund-raising on November 5th, nearly $4.3 million, wasn’t an isolated fluke, the Ron Paul campaign today hit $8.6 million for the fourth quarter. This puts them over 2/3rds towards their goal of raising $12 Million for the fourth quarter… Only a little over half-way through the fourth quarter.

With the planned December 16th “Tea Party” fund-raising event chances look good that the Ron Paul campaign will meet its 4th quarter goal, and possibly exceed it. This only a month and a half after the campaign made news for raising $5.1 Million in the 3rd quarter. RonPaulGraphs provides detailed analysis of this remarkable 4th quarter fund-raising… Surely an unpleasant surprise for the establishment.

When I first heard the $12 Million goal I thought it was way too ambitious and that the campaign was setting themselves up for an embarrassment when the target was missed. It is now beginning to look like they were thinking too small. Oh me of little faith!
