Ron Hamowy, one of the great libertarian scholars and proponents of Austrian economics of the past 50 years, has passed away. (Ron was also a very close friend of the greatest libertarian scholar and Austrian economist of the past 50 years, Murray Rothbard.) Here are three of Ron’s books: The Encyclopedia of Libertarianism, Government and Public Health in America, and Canadian Medicine: A Study in Restricted Entry.
Austrian economist (and friend of Ron’s) David Gordon has written a very engaging remembrance of Ron at the Mises Daily.
