In my days of a very limited income, I lived at a Graduate Living Center. Roommates were assigned, and I had a succession: a German, a Canadian, an Austrian, a Taiwanese, and an Iranian. He was studying nuclear physics, yes nuclear physics. I assure you, he was like anyone else. This was in the early 70s, six years before the Revolution.
